SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Most products are available in stock. We trust that your order will be delivered within 48 hours by the carrier after you receive our email notifying you that the product has been shipped. However, for delivery, we depend on the speed of the carrier. If the product is not in stock, we will order it directly from our suppliers. Our rule of thumb is that the delivery will be postponed by one week.
If you have any questions about shipping, please feel free to contact us. Preferably by email and not by phone. By email, it will be directed to the right person immediately.
A shipping fee will be charged for shipping within and outside of Europe. For the correct shipping costs per country, you can choose at checkout.
RETURNING & EXCHANGING
It can happen that the ordered item is not to your liking. No problem, send the item complete, in the original packaging and unworn to:
We do not believe in a return period of several weeks. You will know immediately whether the product meets your requirements.
Therefore, please return the glasses within a few days. Also, keep in mind that ordering glasses online is risky and will only be successful if you are sure which model you are looking for. Returning the item is always at your own cost and risk. Make sure to insure the transport if you want to return a valuable item. After the item has been returned to us, we will proceed with the refund. Our shipping costs are always deducted. Overseas orders are always final!
REPAIR AND WARRANTY
If any problems arise with the delivered product, please contact our customer service via email. Send clear photos of the problem and the invoice, and we will respond promptly during our opening days. We are open on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
